There is no requirement to donate any money to Disciples mailing lists.
If, however, you want to do so, you can donate through the list owner at paypal.com. It is guaranteed to be donated to further work in the area of same-sex attraction within the church, in some fashion.
Ways the monies may be used include the following:
* Funding this site
* Paying for someone's Evergreen Conference fees
* Annual Reunions
Again, you can donate to this cause if you wish, but it is not required.
